In the ever-evolving world of craft brewing, the integration of innovative features into brewing equipment is paramount. The introduction of 100L and 200L Beer Fermenters with Wheels marks a significant leap forward in convenience and flexibility for breweries.
100L 200L beer fermenters with wheels
This is 100L beer fermenters with wheels made by SENMO Machinery, the fermenters are fully customized design, after adding wheels, the fermenters will be removable. We use universal wheels under the fermenters, which can make the fermenters removable in various directions. If you want to put it in cold chamber,or in home basement, this 100L beer fermenters with wheels will be a good option!
The beer fermenters' plate material is SUS304 or 316, inner tank thickness is 3mm,outer tank thickness is 2mm, valve and pipe fitting material is food grade sanitary, 100% TIG welding with top quality,do sanding belt on the welding seam...With bigger tank volume, the extra fermentation tank volume is more than 25%.Pressure test recorded and inspected irregularly during the process, test pressure 0.4MPa, and maintain the pressure for more than 72 hours without pressure drop. Internal quality of tank body: do acid passivatio, which can reach to 0.4um, and there is no deformation or scratch. The tank liner is smooth and clean, all of the pipe welding seam need to pickled and passivated after polishing.

The stainless steel 100L 200L beer fermenters with wheels can be individually temperature controlled through glycol jackets and are mostly equipped with accessories such as over-pressure and under pressure valve(PVRV), CO2 charging device, sanitary sample valve, manway, etc.. The design of beer fermenters with wheels is based on our vast beer knowledge and especially the conical fermenter bottom and the fact that we combine fermentation and maturation in the same vessel is very important.
The price of the 100l 200L beer fermenters with wheels is various because of the different configuration of the fermenters. If you plant to add extra fermenters inside of your breweries or brewpubs, please contact us and send us your requirements such as the quantity of the fermenters, the configuration of the tanks, your brewery space layout. Our sales engineer can give you a professional quote of the fermenters.Cheers!
