The 14BBL Hot liquor tank is buffer tank that contains hot water that will be used to sparge the grain bed during lautering to extract a maximum of sugars out of the malt. This hot water storage tanks is always insulated and can be heated through steam or an electric coil. It can also be used to recovery the hot water after heat exchanger.
