Double-head beer keg washer for microbrewery in the Netherlands
This is our double-head beer keg washer which ordered by our netherlands client. The keg washer is fully customized deigned and produced according to his requirements.
There are steam heating and electric tubes on the machine,and the work tables can be up&down to save labor. Below is the keg cleaning process:
Compress→ air blast residual →clean with hot water→ air blast →clean with hot alkaline water→ air blast（recycle to alkaline water tank）→clean with acid water→ air blast（recycle to acid water tank）→ clean with hot water water→ air blast to hot water tank →Steam sterile→CO2 preparation→ cylinder return
