7bbl electric brewhouse system
A 7-barrel brewing system refers to a specific size of brewing equipment used in the beer production process. In the context of craft brewing, the term "barrel" is often used to indicate the volume of beer produced, and it typically represents 31 US gallons (approximately 117.3 liters) or 26.67 imperial gallons (approximately 163.7 liters) of beer.
A 7-barrel brewing system, therefore, produces 7 barrels of beer per batch. This amounts to 217 US gallons or 186.69 imperial gallons (approximately 819.9 liters) of beer in a single brewing cycle.
Brewing systems are available in various sizes, ranging from small-scale homebrewing setups to large commercial brewery systems. The 7-barrel brewing system falls into the category of medium-sized brewing equipment, suitable for small to medium-sized craft breweries. It allows brewers to produce a substantial quantity of beer while still maintaining a level of flexibility and control over the brewing process.
A 7-barrel brewing system typically consists of various vessels, including a mash tun, a lauter tun, a brew kettle, and fermentation tanks, among others. The brewing process involves mashing, lautering, boiling, fermentation, conditioning, and packaging, resulting in the creation of high-quality craft beer.
Breweries that use a 7-barrel brewing system have the capacity to produce a significant amount of beer while retaining the ability to experiment with different recipes and styles. It strikes a balance between larger production capabilities and maintaining the artistry and craftmanship that are characteristic of the craft beer industry.

Spent grain door+Electric tube cabinet+Wort pipes+Centrifugal pump
The calculation of the 7bbl beer brewing equipment details is rigorous, so as to maximize the utilization of brewing materials and reduce equipment energy consumption.The brewhouse tank plates and accessories are made of international standard SUS304 stainless steel; Our factory use laser cutting and argon shielded welding during the tank production,all vessels' internal do centralized pickling and passivation, accuracy ≤ 0.4 μ m;
Advantages of the 7bbl beer equipment:
1. The beer equipment designing strictly follow the craft beer brewing technical process (each brewhouse part has its own transformation from process to purpose)
2. Absorb the research results of latest brewery technology and combine the actual situation of craft beer production process. The basic performance is close to the large brewery to ensure the stability of product quality.
3. For craft beer equipment operation design,some key parts are designed automatically control,such as temperature control,the glycol water pump control,the steam control. Manual and automatic need combination to ensure the equipment operation reliability.This also will ensure the stability of the beer production.
4. The details of equipment production and processing are fine both inside and outside,without sanitary dead angle.
6. The pipelines connection meet the brewing technical process requirements,also combined with the requirements of actual beer production process. (For example, sanitary conditions, oxidation prevention, bottom feeding, top feeding, etc. are all scientific)
7.High performance of the auxiliary machines (for example, the wort pump has variable frequency control,the agitation has frequency control,chiller,steam generator are good brand )
8. The equipment plate material is SUS304 or 316, thickness is 3mm, valve and pipe fitting material is food grade, 100% TIG welding with top quality,do sanding belt on the welding seam...
7. Bigger tank volume. The extra fermentation tank volume is more than 25%, and boiling kettle is more than 30%,other tanks is 20% extra. Pressure test recorded and inspected irregularly during the process,test pressure 0.4MPa, and maintain the pressure for more than 72 hours without pressure drop. Internal quality of tank body: do acid passivatio,which can reach to 0.4um, and there is no deformation or scratch. The tank liner is smooth and clean,all of the pipe welding seam need to pickled and passivated after polishing to ensure the extension of the service life of the beer equipment.
The 7bbl electric kettle is equipped with 6 electric tubes, ensuring 8-12% boiling strength, improving the utilization rate of heat energy, and can optionally be equipped with condensate recovery device;The whirlpool circulates tangentially, and the high and low liquid level discharge ports are equipped with baffles for hot solidified substances and hops decomposition substances;
The 7bbl electric brewhouse equipment cost is also very good,and there are some option devices,which makes the price of the 7bbL brewing equipment more flexible. How to use?
Using a 7BBL electric brewhouse system requires some brewing knowledge and skills. Below are the general steps for using a 7BBL electric brewhouse system:
Preparation: Ensure all equipment and accessories are clean and in good condition. Prepare the required ingredients such as malt, hops, yeast, and other raw materials.
Mashing: Add crushed malt to the mash tun and mix with hot water. Control the temperature to convert the starch in the malt into fermentable sugars.
Lautering: Transfer the mashed mixture to the lauter tun to separate the liquid wort from the solid grain, obtaining a clear wort.
Boiling: Transfer the wort to the brew kettle and heat it to a boiling point. During this process, add hops for boiling and bitterness extraction.
Cooling: Immediately cool the boiled wort to the appropriate fermentation temperature.
Fermentation: Transfer the cooled wort to the fermentation tank, add yeast, and start the fermentation process. The fermentation time depends on the type and recipe of the beer being brewed.
Maturation: After fermentation is complete, transfer the beer to a maturation tank for aging and conditioning.
Filtration and Bottling: Filter the matured beer to remove impurities, and then proceed with filling and bottling.
Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and maintain the brewing equipment promptly after use to ensure hygiene and performance for the next brewing cycle.
Monitoring and Control: Throughout the brewing process, monitor and control the system to ensure stable and accurate parameters such as temperature, time, and pressure.
Please note that this is a general overview of the brewing process, and specific steps may vary depending on the brand and model of the 7BBL electric brewhouse system. For beginners, it is recommended to undergo brewing training before using the 7BBL electric brewhouse system to ensure proper operation and achieve high-quality brewing results.
